The primary hexagram is the cast. The nuclear hexagram takes lines 2-3-4 and 3-4-5. The changed hexagram flips only the moving line. All three stay. They do not collapse into one luck sentence.

The primary hexagram is the cast
The two trigrams stack into six lines from the bottom. Here Gen is below and Qian above: Heaven Mountain Dun.
The changed hexagram does not erase the primary one.
The nuclear hexagram uses the middle four lines
The lower nuclear trigram is lines 2-3-4. The upper is lines 3-4-5. Here the nuclear hexagram is Heaven Wind Gou.
The nuclear hexagram has no moving line of its own. It is not a second question.
The changed hexagram flips only the moving line
Line 5 turns from yang to yin, so upper Qian becomes Li. Lower Gen stays. The changed hexagram is Fire Mountain Lu.
This is not a second cast, and it is not the Liu Yao changed-hexagram rule.
Where a sentence stops
A sentence that can be written names Dun, Gou, and Lu, and the host generating the guest. A sentence that names a day cannot.

Why is the changed hexagram Lu?
Line 5 turns from yang to yin, so the middle line of Qian changes and Qian becomes Li. Gen stays below. Li over Gen is Fire Mountain Lu.
Can the nuclear hexagram answer alone?
No. It stays attached to the primary hexagram. The question is the one written at the cast.
What if the three hexagrams disagree?
Keep all three. Do not edit the moving line or the host and guest so the sentences match.
